Ava Scheduling Assistant
Ava is an automated voice and scheduling assistant used to help arrange requested conversations with a licensed insurance agent.
What Ava does
- Confirms whether a person is interested in discussing life-insurance options.
- Offers available consultation times supplied by the scheduling system.
- Creates a Google Calendar event after the person selects and confirms a time.
- Provides the licensed agent with the appointment details needed to follow up.
Google Calendar access
The current integration uses Google Calendar authorization only to create requested consultation events. Calendar availability is obtained from a separate scheduling provider. Ava does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or unrelated Google data.

Ava is not a licensed insurance agent and does not provide an insurance quote, coverage recommendation, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. Insurance questions and recommendations are handled by a licensed agent.
